1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of BSB 365 (the “Service”), provided by
Business Solutions Built 365, LLC (“BSB 365,” “we,” or “us”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms
If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility and Registration
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into legally binding contracts to use
the Service.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and
to update your information as necessary.
3. Use of the Service
BSB 365 provides automated call answering, lead capture, appointment scheduling,
estimates and invoices, and marketing automation for roofing companies.
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to:
Misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person or entity.
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers/networks connected to it.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ data or to any portion of the
Service.
4. Service Fees and Payments
BSB 365 may offer free or paid plans; fees for paid plans are provided when you
subscribe.
Payments are due in advance for each subscription period and are non refundable unless
otherwise stated.
You authorize BSB 365 to charge your payment method on file for recurring subscription
fees and any applicable taxes.
We may change pricing with reasonable notice; continued use after price changes
indicates acceptance of the new terms.
5. Estimates, Invoices, and Transactions
The Service may generate estimates and invoices on your behalf. You remain solely
responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of those documents.
BSB 365 is not a payment processor; integration with third party payment services may
be required. BSB 365 is not liable for payment disputes or chargebacks.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on the Service are the property of BSB 365
or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written
permission from BSB 365.
7. Confidentiality
BSB 365 will maintain the confidentiality of your business information and leads in
accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to disclose BSB 365’s proprietary or confidential information to third
parties without our consent.
8. Data Usage and Privacy
BSB 365 collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
By using the Service, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of data in
accordance with the Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind,
whether express or implied.
BSB 365 does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error free, or
meet your specific business requirements.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BSB 365 shall not be liable for any indirect,
incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
In no event will BSB 365’s total liability exceed the amounts paid by you to BSB 365 in
the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BSB 365, its officers, directors, employees,
and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees)
arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
BSB 365 may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or
without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and any accrued
rights or obligations will survive termination.
13. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will be posted
on our website.
Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the
updated Terms.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of
North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts
