1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of BSB 365 (the “Service”), provided by

Business Solutions Built 365, LLC (“BSB 365,” “we,” or “us”).

3. Use of the Service

BSB 365 provides automated call answering, lead capture, appointment scheduling,

estimates and invoices, and marketing automation for roofing companies.

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to:
Misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person or entity.
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers/networks connected to it.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ data or to any portion of the
Service.

4. Service Fees and Payments

BSB 365 may offer free or paid plans; fees for paid plans are provided when you

subscribe.

Payments are due in advance for each subscription period and are non refundable unless
otherwise stated.
You authorize BSB 365 to charge your payment method on file for recurring subscription
fees and any applicable taxes.
We may change pricing with reasonable notice; continued use after price changes
indicates acceptance of the new terms.

5. Estimates, Invoices, and Transactions

The Service may generate estimates and invoices on your behalf. You remain solely

responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of those documents.

BSB 365 is not a payment processor; integration with third party payment services may
be required. BSB 365 is not liable for payment disputes or chargebacks.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on the Service are the property of BSB 365

or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written
permission from BSB 365.

7. Confidentiality

BSB 365 will maintain the confidentiality of your business information and leads in

accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to disclose BSB 365’s proprietary or confidential information to third
parties without our consent.
